Going Deeper into Life’s Big Questions

Many people have the common experience of sleepwalking through life. This group is for people who wish to learn ways to break free from their autopilot state, and provides practices of attention designed to bring about a process of inner transformation.

Join three longtime practitioners from the Rochester Gurdjieff Center to learn a new approach to consciousness, meditation, and how to become more present to what matters.

Online sessions will be held on Mondays, beginning on Oct 6th. There is no cost. Space is limited, register below.

The Gurdjieff Work

  • Provides a means for conscious development in daily life through the intentional use of attention

  • Transmits the teaching through meditation, group meetings, attentive movement, writings, lectures, and innovative forms of group and individual work

  • Brings into question the purpose of human beings in the universe, and through unique practices, presents new possibilities for developing compassion and understanding

  • Makes possible a process of transformation, whose aim is to open us to our full range of possibilities as human beings

"If a man reasons and thinks soundly, no matter what path he follows in solving these problems, he must inevitably arrive back at himself, and begin with the problem of what he is himself and what his place is in the world around him."
~G. I. Gurdjieff~
